I resigned on the 27th of August . After my resignation I was supposed to return the laptop, unfortunately I couldn't return it immediately as I resigned while at home and I was busy with preparations for my wedding. I requested that the send courier but I was advised that they can't. I should send it to the nearest branch. I agreed to do that upon my return from KZN after my wedding. When I returned I did took the laptop to one of our branches but they returned it as they said it's not safe there, I immediately informed my manager and she suggested I give to another guy. Of which I did after 3 days. A week after I was called by mom informing that police are looking for me to arrest me as case of theft was open against my name. I called the police and he confirmed that but when I explained how I received the laptop he said then it can't be theft, I should contact my employer before he even arrests me. I did and all they did was to apologize and close the case. I want to check if we do have a case, how can you assist?
I am the primary care giver of two biys aged 14 and 18. Boys have been rebelling and it's rather serious. Even though the 18 year old is considered an adult by law he resides with me completing his matric and not able to financially support himself yet dies whatever he wants. I need help with bail applications. The bail applications has been postponed because the Investigating officer hasn't verified addresses and citizenship. The accused has another theft pending case,no previous convictions. The Case has been going on for a month, accused keeps on appearing at court with the same reason of unverified address and ID and now the IO is on leave. Also the accused person was fetched at home but the detective says otherwise.

The company was placed under business rescue in October .We had one consultation with the BRP and all other request I sent were ignored. They asked me to continue working, being aware the company did not have funds to pay salaries, retrenchment or leave. I sent a formal complaint letter and have finally received 25% of my salary. I know the business was trading recklessly as they were served with court papers three years ago, which came to light when BRP was approved. Funds were moved to related companies, just before BRP commenced and no KYC has been done. The BRP is also not complying with duties.

My wife and I are the grandparents of our autistic granddaughter Skye Oelofse. She has been living with us permanently since she was 8 months old. She is now 13 years old. Her biological mother Marilene Oelofse (our daughter) and biological father Ruben Oelofse are seperated. Her biological mother currently permanently lives with another man, Deon Gerber, and has two children with him. Her biological father now permanenly lives with another woman. Her biological parents never contributed in any way to the upbringing of Skye. She has seen them five times in the past 12 years and that was when we took Skye to see them. They have never even phoned her on her birthday. We have recent "relinguishment of parental rights affidavits" signed by both of her biological parents. They are not interested in Skye at all. I am a 66 year old retired school principal and my wife is 56 years of age. We are both in good health. We would like to apply for (uncontested) full custody of our autistic granddaughter Skye Oelofse. We are the only parents she ever knew. It will make life easier for us and for Skye. We, for example, from time to time want to visit our daughter Zonel and grandchildren in New Zealand and obtaining permission for Skye to leave RSA to accompany us for that purpose is an uphill battle because her biological parents are "unavailable".
