Her vehicle outstanding balance is R 37 outstanding and now she bought herself a second hand car but I agree to pay the vehicle that she bought on her dad's name and put the vehicle on my ensures but, her dad came and took the vehicle she paid over four years on her vehicle. He wants to sell the vehicle now. She didn't want to lose her vehicle. What can we do? I told him it's unfair to sell the vehicle it's still my daughters vehicle. Every year when try to resubmit my income tax after the they do an automated assessment they decline the resubmission. I have R20 k medical deductions each year from that i want to resubmit but they just decline evry time. I have even tried going into the branch but they just tell me that there is no problem I should be able to. Its almost time to submit .
