Hello, we have a digidoor 3 motor that has blown in glenhills Durban North and we are looking for someone to replace the motor and chain. The door springs need to be tighted and the door needs to be serviced. The current setup is two rollup doors that are joined together by a bar that is hooked upto a digidoor motor. Installing electricity from scratch in a 6 roomed house with a toilet( seventh room) The dB will be in a kitchen. The lounge will have 2 plug points and 1 double switch, the kitchen will have 3 plug points and 1 double switch. The main bedroom will have 2 plug points and I switch. The second bedroom will have 1 plug point and 1 switch. Third bedroom will as well have 1 plug point and 1 switch. The fourth will have 1 plug point and 1 switch. The lounge will have 5 dull lights. The kitchen will have 6 dull lights. Other rooms will have each normal lights.
Hello there I work at Bodhi Khaya Retreat Centre in Gansbaai. We have several incidents with baboons breaking the glass roof of one of our houses at the premises. Installation of ceiling fans, ceiling lights and repair of oven. 1. Ceiling fan (and light) in the lounge: Installation of fan with a new fitting and "line". A new switch will have to be fitted. Current switch has two "levers" and this will require its own. Fitting a 3 lever switch. 2. Ceiling fan (and light) in the bedroom: Installation of fan and a new fitting and "line". A new switch will have to be fitted. Current switch has one "lever" and this will require its own. Fitting a 2 lever switch. 3. Installation of 4 new in-ceiling lights added to existing lines and switches between dining room and kitchen. - I have the ceiling fans and light fittings for the above. I will be purchasing new switches for the above. 4. Evaluation and Repair of oven. Faulty element? The oven preheats but after a few minutes it trips the DB board. The oven is a Defy undercounter oven - UMS. 5. Fitting a switch for a light in a corner cupboard (pantry cupboard). The light is an in-ceiling light linked to the kitchen ceiling lights. I would like to have a separate switch to turn this light off independently. 6. Replacement of current in-ceiling lights (standard GU10 bulb fitting and "holder") in bathroom (2 fittings) to a fitting that is better sealed from moisture for this environment.
Note that there is one which was installed by the previous owner (DIY) which is currently not working at all due to its poorly installation. My expectations is that, if I agreed the terms and conditions, installation needs to be done neatly quickly (within reasonable time frame) and also linked to my current alarm system. Yard is 32m X 34m.

Good Day All I need quotes on the installation of the new garage wooden door. What is a customised door. Do you have another size smaller than double but bigger than single. I don't want to be squeezed when driving the car to the garage. May garage is big but not for a double garage door. Any advise I welcome. Regards Mbasa
2 Bedroom House that requires wiring. Open plan kitchen to the lounge area, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms and future balcony. DB box installed, however the electricity meter in the bedroom needs to move to the DB Box in the kitchen. I would also need a COC. This is a newly build houseon a square meter plot.
Need further advice. Planning on purchasing 2 Hectare plot for residential and small scale farming. The plan is to live and do farming on 1 hectare and use the other hectare for livestock grazing for 10 years and then sell it. Is is then wise to install electric on the entire 2 hectare or just 1 hectare and do normal razor wire fencing on one. The livestock will graze and be returned each day back into the electric fenced hectare.
