I liked that the office was close to home, in Durbanville.

They messed up everything. We opted for Avbob as they are the only place that does Aquamation. they collected my mom's body, promised the world... we paid and then they said they could not do the Aquamation due to faulty capsule and other excuses. They then said we have to do cremation (at their expense for the extra cost), which was not my mom's wish, but it was dragging on, so we did the cremation as they could not say when the 'Aquamation capsule part' would be repaired. There was also criteria regarding shoulder and weight ...they did not check this with us prior to taking our money. They were very poor with responding to questions and did not respond to Whatsapp messages as promised. I had to go and identify my moms body, I made an appointment, confirmed it with Durbanville while sitting in their office, they recorded it and when I got there in Bellville, they said they did not have a booking in the books and that the Durbanville branch did not book from their side. So they rushed getting my mom out into the room to try fix the mistake and she looked terrible. Overall a very poor experience.
