I have been attending court for none compliance on maintenance. Thus far documentation has been insufficient for the court and the case get rescheduled for a later. Initially I wanted to pause and reduce the maintenance but after several seatings the maintenance officer could not resolve the dispute, while I was unemployed at the time it was difficult to commute between Mpumalanga and JHB.

Mar 22, 06:41 pm I was a contractor for 12 years at a big company. in at a strike i saved the lives of hundreds of steel workers during a strike. the guy in charge of that operation is a big boss and he failed. 4 Years later I told him what happened. he got very angry at me. then I became suspicious and started looking around and found a secret recording device under my desk. I complained to my supervisor about this device but she did nothing. when this guy found out that I reported him one of his workers wrote me a letter to say we will no longer be needing your assistance. they blocked me at work from entering. yiu I sue him or the big conpany. it's a very big company
There's a company that I was servicing (to transport their clients parcels) . Earlier this year i served them with the documents to settle the outstanding invoice from last year in which they had 20 days to dispute or settle in which they ignored. Last week week they realized that their company will be blacklisted because of that outstanding, after that they immediately stopped my vehicles from accessing their clients premises without communicating or informing me. Up to date,I haven't received any communication from them and my vehicles are still barred from entering the premises which is the breach of our contract. So I need assistance with that

Good day I am wanting to remove my mother in laws name off our bond and put my name there. She has not contributed towards the bond. She just put her name on the bond about 25 years ago to let my husband keep the house. She has no claim financially to the house. Im just concerned if something happens to my husband this leavea me in a vulnerable position. And when it comes to money she is a blood hound. We also need to update our wills each of us having separate wills. We need to know the financial costs etc to get this all done. Regards
I am divorced and I need spousal maintenance. This man I'm only realizing now that he persuaded me to write 6months spousal maintenance on the divorce decree and he said he'll continue sending me money even after the 6 months. The 6 months is to only have it documented as such. Now I need to revisit this scene, because I want the spousal maintenance to continue.. Divorce happened 25th of May .

These threats were recorded (voice and video) on 21 March . - They have stated in writing that my access will be “transferred” on 30 March and that a new tenant will move in on 31 March even if my belongings remain. -The estate manager has confirmed in writing that the estate will not involve itself in disputes between owners and tenants. -I have a valid lease until 31 December , have paid all rent (March paid within the 20‑day remedy period), and have automated future payments. -I have all documentation: lease, email correspondence, recordings, and the agent’s unlawful notice.
My deceased ex-husband and I share a child together. He has past away almost 2 years now. His current wife has not made any provisions for his only child, which is my son who is going to be 17 years old in June. Her last communication to me was in August stating it's going to take a year to wind the estate. Plz assist
We are married in community of property for 15 years, my husband resigned from his job and told me I must work for him. He was the one that were unfaithful in our marriage and when we got to our 10year anniversary I found out that he had kids outside of our marriage. He was the one that throw my clothes out of the house in left it all over in the yard. I have a car of my own which is on my name and a few shares which is also in my name, so when my husband I and seperated in , I only took my clothes that were scattered all over and left. He stayed behind in our Wendy house of 5rooms that were fully furnished. He than sold everything including the meter box I had installed and all the wiring with plugs as well. All the furniture and everything he had sold and had been spending all his money on his side chicks. So I want a divorce, but I am not willing to give him anything as I want everything that I have to go to my son (15years old) as we have 1 son together. My husband is prepared to give me a divorce as long as I give home everything thing that is in my name like the shares and the car that I have, but I am using my car to provide for me and my son
