The front door to my property is rotting and I need to replace it. The property is part of a sectional title so it need to be compliant with all the other doors in the complex. I have attached a picture of one of the other aluminium doors in the complex. It would be to fit and install a standard size front door. It seems that the cable snap on the one side and the door is out of the runner, therefore, we are not able to open the door. It seems that the motor is still working. Will appreciate if someone can come out and fix it. Thank you
