Case Summary for Legal Representation I am the biological father of a minor child, Zayan, and I currently face serious ongoing obstruction from the child’s mother, regarding my parental rights. A Parenting Plan was negotiated with the assistance of a court-appointed mediator and was made an Order of Court in September . The plan set out phased visitation and co-parenting arrangements, including my compliance with financial obligations (maintenance, medical aid, life cover, parenting courses, and play therapy). I have complied fully with all of these requirements. Despite the Parenting Plan being a binding court order, the mother has consistently: Breached the plan by blocking overnight visitation, restricting all contact to her or her mother’s house, and dictating when and how I may see my son. Engaged in gatekeeping by ignoring video calls, cancelling visitation at short notice, and refusing to allow my son to visit me at my home, despite his own expressed wishes (“saam pappa tata”). Attacked my character through false allegations and by undermining my role as a parent in messages, emails, and via her attorney. Linked visitation to money, demanding additional payments beyond maintenance and medical aid, and using financial manipulation to obstruct contact. Both the mediator and the therapist appointed in our case resigned after being harassed and undermined by Keana and her legal representatives. This has left me without professional support structures while the ongoing breaches continue. I have gathered substantial evidence including the court order, mediator and therapist letters, proof of financial compliance, banking records, WhatsApp chats showing gatekeeping and refusals, and photographic evidence of my bond with my son. At this stage, I urgently require legal advice and representation to: Enforce the existing Parenting Plan and Court Order. Bring an application for contempt of court against Keana for repeated breaches. Ensure my child’s best interests are protected, including his right to a relationship with both parents. Secure a stable, enforceable visitation arrangement free from manipulation and gatekeeping. This case is about upholding my child’s best interests and ensuring the Court’s authority is respected. I need a strong legal team to help me prepare, present, and argue this matter effectively in Court.

I had a hearing on that Friday no notification indicating that I have hearing a prepare my case was not really listened to . Could not comrtely state my case I want to get which is rightfully mine.
