Hi, we are interested in buying a piece of land in one of George's less costly estates ( Mont Fleur, Welgelegen, Blanco, Kraaibosch, etc ), maybe around m2 to 1,m2. Mountain views necessary. We then need a builder who can get the design and drawings done for us, get these approved and then build the house for us. Ideally we want a house around m2 build up area, 3 bedrooms, study, open plan kitchen / lounge / dining area with open timber ceiling, stoep with braai, no pool, 2 lockable garages. The property is a residential complex. The outside walls, some roofs and walkways need painting. Best would be if a contractor could view the property before quoting.
