Our Exec team are meeting for the workshop on the 4 August - 06 August . They will be in the boardroom. We have plates and silverware but food needs to served warm/hot. They will eat lunch at 13h00. We have a 1 bedroom granny flat on the property that needs a complete remodel. At present the bathroom is attached to the kitchen. Ini the lounge, we need to remove the window, move the sliding door about half a meter over, replace the sliding door, put in a security gate, scrape the walls down, re plaster and damp seal. An additional electrical plug point needs to be added. The current kitchen/new bedroom. Walls need to be scraped down, replastered, damp sealed. One new plug point will need to be added and one plug point needs to be moved. The bathroom. Shower door needs to be made wider, basin needs to be moved next to the toilet. Walls need to be scraped down, replastered and damp sealed. All the tiles in the flat need to be removed and floors need to be leveled.
We are in desperate need of someone to take on a quick dry wall job for us before 10am this Saturday (1 August). We need two set up two changing rooms that will be joined to a wall (so we essentially only need two dry wall panels) that can fit up against the wall and then just make a little arch to join the door. The renovation will involve removing the existing bathroom, including the bath, vanity, toilet, wall and floor tiles, and disposing of the rubble. We'll be replacing the bath with a walk-in shower, installing a new toilet, vanity and basin, waterproofing the shower area, and retiling the entire bathroom (floor and walls). The toilet and basin will remain in roughly the same positions, so there won't be any major plumbing changes. We'll be supplying all the materials, so we're mainly looking for a labour quote. I have an existing double garage, but it is too small, measuring only 28m^2. I want to extend the width of the garage by 1.5m to the right side. I also want to consider extending the height by 1m and the lenght by 1m, but the width extension is the most important. The project cost will determine the extent of the extensions.
