Hi there Subject: Renovation & Pool Repair – Site Visit Request " free quote" Hello there, I’ve recently moved into a property that requires renovation work and would appreciate a site visit and quotation. The work required includes: • Building a dedicated space for a washing machine within the kitchen cupboards, including plumbing and connections • Installing a new bathtub • Repairing a leak in the shower floor and/or fitting a more modern glass shower surround • Supplying and installing a new bathroom sink (if feasible within the existing layout) • Repairing wood rot on the bathroom door • Raising an exterior wall using red brick • Widening the entrance to the property and installing a new gate • Pool leak detection and repair — the water level drops when the pump is running • Possible pool resurfacing, depending on the extent of repairs required Please let me know your availability to assess the property and provide a comprehensive quote. Kind regards,
A 3 room precast (morden) house with tiles, 2 separate bathrooms (bove and toilet), big space for the kitchen, big circular bulbs. On walls I'd like White and Grey, for the doors Dark brown. Cardboards done in the kitchen. Outside after the dinning room there should be a varande with smooth tiles (Grey colour) and short steps ahead. Morden designed windows .
Water ingress : floor, skirting, base of wall, which includes one build in cupboard, 2 barn style rope of doors. Floors are laminated flooring. Require quotes for replacement of floors, skirting, cupboard as there is base level damage. Barn style type of doors damaged at base level. Damp treatment required for floors and walls as well. Skirting to be replaced, as well as flooring.
