Hi Guys.... we are in the process of purchasing a large estate in Kabeljouws, which we are positive will require a full and deep clean of each of the 4 buildings that lie on the estate grounds, once we have paperwork signed off to us. property consists of... 1. 5 x en-suited bedroomed property (1 dressing area), 2. 5 x en-suited bedroomed property (1 smaller dressing area) 3. 1 x 3 bedroomed en-suited property. 4. 1 large laapa (walled and roofed) 2 entrances....i small kitchen area AND cooking area, 1 small bar area & ALL shelves, 2 bathrooms that support 3 chalet style bedrooms (please move the beds first so that any rubbish just pushed under the beds themselves, can be removed...if required. ALL kitchen cupboards, bedrooms, bathrooms, staircases, lounge areas, all flooring (tiled or carpeted), are to be cleaned and well presented (we shall have a director from domestic services on-site to check each property & job is completed) As we plan to alter ALL garages on this estate, being changed into en-suited bedrooms, there MAY be up to a further 12 of these to completely clean out (depending upon how clean the builders are) once the alterations have been completed. If windows/frames and carpeting needs to be cleaned as well, then please price separately for this work on an estimate system. Although this is nothing to do with this project itself, we are also purchasing other properties in this area, as well as Jay-Bay & Knysna areas (for other clients), that MAY also be allocated to the tendered company we select. We are getting married and I am looking for a local caterer - the wedding is an informal garden wedding, approximately 35 guests and will be a lunchtime event. I would like canapes to be served around the pool prior to the service, then a 2-course buffet (main and dessert) with a selection of lamb, chicken and beef (and maybe pork), veggies, rice and salads. No idea about dessert yet, but maybe the caterer can come up with some ideas. Do you also provide glasses in addition to the plates and silverware? Please call me to discuss if you need to.
We are getting married in February and so far we are planning to do it at Beyond the Moon in george on sunday the 18th February and want to do a spitbraai with mutton/lamb and chicken and roast potatoes and a salad and pumpkin fritters (pampoen poffertjies) and roast veg and/or cremead broccoli and cauliflower or something similar. Perhaps another salad or garlic bread. And also would love to do a bread table before hand after the ceremony (late morning / early afternoon) with some jams/preserves/paté and cheese only. We have about adults and 20-28 kids most of which are all under 10 years old, actually most 6 or younger. That is if everyone shows up. We don't need desserts but if the service for a cooldrink / water table exists that would be great for with the bread table as well. I would like to know what your costs would be for that amount of people and kids and per person if you provide the meat and a quote for if we can provide you with the lamb/sheep? I am the broker for a property in Escombe. The was a leakage in a unit and the water leaked to the unit below and we now need carpet cleaning for said unit that had the water damage. The carpet is said to not have suffered any damage so now we just need a good a proper clean. Please send me a quick email so that we can liaise. A lot of loose items in one bedroom (we buy and sell items on regular basis). Home has last been deep cleaned more than 5 years ago. We do not have time to deep clean ourselves (Floors are cleaned twice a week and walls/ cupboards once a month) Photos of spareroom, dining/kitchen area and lounge attached.
I need the cleaning for the 1st of December. We bought a new home. It has 2 bathrooms, and two toilets. Four bedrooms, lounge, open plan kitchen and dining room. There are no carpets or upholstery. There are currently people living there, they are very neat but they have dogs coming in and out of the house and as Muslims we need the house to be properly cleaned before moving our things into the home as it is against our religion to have dogs in the home. needs to use eco products as to not affect the septic system. Ironing cant be done as we do not own a ironing board. as well as washing will be done by hand by owner if someone can just help her wring it out and obviously hang up and take down and fold up.as she has no strength in her hands and machine is not connected.
Carpet cleaning. I am not too sure with regards to the size of the carpet that needs to be cleaned because it is for three different areas and some carpeting in the reception area as well. I am open to arranging an appointment for you to come and take proper measurements. Looking for someone who will be fair and reasonable with pricing.
