The matter has already proceeded through the military justice system, including the Court of Military Appeals. My fiance was divorced in and we have the original divorce paper. This has never been updated at Home Affairs and we now stay together in Pretoria. We did go to the Home Affairs here in Pretoria as they say we need a new stamp from the George court before it can be ammended. What I need to do now is to sue the Municipality and the Union.I was unfairly dismissed, betrayed by union where as I was paying the subscription fee every month from my salary,fail to appoint an attorney for my disciplinary hearing,paying the union for thirteen years ,admitted guilty on my behalf,I was a senior official.of municipality they politicized my case for their benefits delayed my appeal purposely,I have all the documents authorizing me to drive municipality vehicle by then, I report the incident to the police ,I even fill in the insurance claim form for the damaged vehicle.I bumped a stray cow in a free way ,they called it negligence ,provincial traffic officers were on the scene even before that accident happened because they were the ones who were chasing those cattle from the freeway N2 to East London , I have witnesses from that day.
