Good day. I require plans for a simple covered pergoda bordered by walls on three sides. As this is on an estate the body corporate are concerned with aesthetics. The surrounding properties are wood finish. I have attached photos of my property featuring an artistic impression of what I hope it would look like from front and top. As I currently live abroad I am travelling to Cape Town on the 4th November for two weeks in the hope of finalising plans to present to the body corporate and get municipal approval before starting construction. I would like quotes and ideas on how to proceed with plans. Thank you.
I need a letter of demand to be sent to my contractor. I suspect he lied about being registered, worked slowed down, I can’t get a plan out of him, material never arrives, and it appears they don’t know what they’re doing. I stopped work until a contract is in place with planning. He said he was going to see his lawyer for a contract, but he doesn’t respond to me and has keys to my house and ignores me when I ask him to return these. I had my gate remote reprogrammed today. My home is not habitable as flooring was removed, entire bathroom stripped. He has almost R, of my money.

I resigned on the 27th of August . After my resignation I was supposed to return the laptop, unfortunately I couldn't return it immediately as I resigned while at home and I was busy with preparations for my wedding. I requested that the send courier but I was advised that they can't. I should send it to the nearest branch. I agreed to do that upon my return from KZN after my wedding. When I returned I did took the laptop to one of our branches but they returned it as they said it's not safe there, I immediately informed my manager and she suggested I give to another guy. Of which I did after 3 days. A week after I was called by mom informing that police are looking for me to arrest me as case of theft was open against my name. I called the police and he confirmed that but when I explained how I received the laptop he said then it can't be theft, I should contact my employer before he even arrests me. I did and all they did was to apologize and close the case. I want to check if we do have a case, how can you assist?
I need help with bail applications. The bail applications has been postponed because the Investigating officer hasn't verified addresses and citizenship. The accused has another theft pending case,no previous convictions. The Case has been going on for a month, accused keeps on appearing at court with the same reason of unverified address and ID and now the IO is on leave. Also the accused person was fetched at home but the detective says otherwise.
