Looking to get 2 bathrooms remodeled, I have done the drawings for the new layouts which indicate location of sanitary ware and lighting. 1 single wall to be demolished. New tiling and ceilings throughout.
I have a poolhouse and would like to convert it into a 2 story with two bedrooms, one bathroom sharing and a balcony overlooking the pool.
Basement renovation. Needs ventilation and damp sealing. Needs floor levelling, and maybe foundation repairs. It’s currently completely bare - so needs a full face-lift.

Remove all existing bathroom floor and wall tiles. Install new shower and tile entire floor with only the wall in shower area to be tiled, remaining bathroom to be skimmed and painted white. bathroom is approximately 7 sqm (en suite). One entire wall (2m x 2.5m) has existing pine cupboards, floor to ceiling. Existing toilet and bidet to remain in place.
We have 3 offices in 3 factory units that need to be renovated by: removing the old glued down carpets and tiling the floor, taking out the old ceiling boards and raising the ceiling, renovating the roof timbers and painting the walls.
