Im maintaining the child, Im the one paying for all her school fees, school clothes, Summer clothes, Winter Clothes, Each and every school holidays I fetch her and buy her new clothes because everytime she comes visit they pack old torn clothes , they dont even pack panties for her but I buy them all the time. Her school fees is up to date, actually settled and recently bought her winter clothes together with winter uniform without the mother even asking me because I know I have a daughter who I must maintain. Unfortunately I never knew that the mother will be greedy and take me to court, so I didn't take any pictures of the things I bought and even kept receipts, But I think the school can draw the statements
I have been divorced for almost 6years and for the past year or so the other parent has not been adhering to the parenting plan. He lives with his parents and it appears that there is an issue wjth his dad and the kids coming there. I do not know all the details but the kids are 15 and 10 and when they need to go to their dad it is a struggle and sometimes they do not go. I would like to either 1. File a motion for contempt of court or 2. Have the parental plan changed to dictate the current circumstances.
Does my employer have the right to tel me to use my leave and all my sick leave for a injury on duty.i was booked of for more than a month and i am stil on light duty at work.all this is as result of a injury on duty.i was told that i wil barely get a salary if i dont put in all my leave and they wil take all my sick leave for the next three years to come
My childs father passed away recently and we had a court order that we should share custody and alternate on a weekly basis due to him getting a school for the child we decided that he should keep her in the week and i should have her on weekends. I'm doing this on behalf of my elderly mother who is 73> she is still if sound Min but need assistance. She sold her property to her son in . She recieved part of the money on transfer the property. There was an agreement made and stipulated in the contract that if the son sells these house that he woukd need to pay her the full balance of R . He sold the property in and refuses to pay her the balance. He bridged the contract and needs to pay her the money. She is struggling financially and cannot even afford her baisc needs every month.

It's a civil matter the defendant make a case for physical assault against the accused, a protection order as well. Both parties live on one property and there has been allegations from the accused which led to this. The defendant completed a J88 form and served that as evidence for a protect order to be granted. The accused then applied for a counter protection order. There are three court hearings, one for the case that was made, protection order for both parties.
My cousin who fought with my sister open a case for me since I was trying to stop them by beating both of them on their feet since we were tired of stoping them.my sister was is jail for 2 days. They were suppose to take me as well but the copes they didn’t find me at my house. Then when I get the massage the following day I went to labour to someone who’s inchange of the case then he took my statement.now I’m hearing stories that the police they are looking for me to take me to jail.
