I have tried to submit a case to Roodepoort Magistrate's Court for child support payments. The case has been ongoing since July and I cannot seem to get traction. It stalls at the maintenance investigator. I am sure that correct legal proceedings have not been followed and my case has not been presented to a Magistrate.
