An agent never disclosed I have no parking bay. Now I have to rent people parking space. At the moment my car has no parking space.i feel I was betrayed. If I recall well the advert had said there’s 1 parking space. And when I went to view the property, the seller and the agent showed me my parking bay. Nothing was mentioned about me renting a parking bay 🥺
We signed a document under the false impression (estate agent misinformation at a time of stress) which we thought was a credit, but was a loan of R, when we moved into our Retirement Village. They now say we owe well over a Million rands. We were under the impression that a loan could only charge % interest and was fixed. This is is a claim for booking.com payout. Had a property I was subletting and was having issues with the landlord. He sent an email to booking.com to block my payout. I’ve attached the invoice of the amount due to me from booking.com that the owner has blocked and the letter he used to block my payout with booking.com and Airbnb. Fortunately, I didn’t have any payouts due from Airbnb. I’ve also attached the lease agreement they didn’t include subletting in it but I have evidence that they were aware of it.

I don't have the current Deeds with me, it would have to be pulled from the Deeds Office. We are renting and signed a year contract, the landlord gave us a 2 month notice we need to find a new place cause she's selling the house, But she told multiple people she's going to put us out so she can move into the flat and her children in the house, She also doesn't want to pay our deposits back
