I was detained on the 27 of April as I had just consumed 3 mandrax, on my way home I was stopped by the traffic wardens for a search and they found me with tables, I was asked where I bought and took them to the dealer he got away they searched and retrieved more tables asked if I smoked I responded yes I was asked where do I stay the went in my premises searched the house nothing was found and I was told I will charged for possession only to find out when I got to court I am charged for dealing as now the have tables, which I did not have, there were people who knew me when I was arrested they saw the whole incident not tables were on me only 3 plus a bad of weed, case that filed stated I was on my way to a buyer and I was detained which I have people who can confirm my whereabouts on that day and people who saw when I was getting arrested which can prove the case otherwise. Paid bail for rands and I asked for a state lawyer as I am new in such incident needed to get out so I could also get to work and I had appeared again on the 18th of June nothing was said case had been moved to 12 August. I am not interested in using the state lawyer, I would like to have this case closed so I can proceed with my life on a clean slate. Your response will be appreciated.
1) I have filed for divorce and the summons has already been endorsed by the family advocate. My wife (defendant) has filed a notice to defend which I did not receive. She has not issued me with the reasons for her defence and the due date is tomorrow, 17 July . The divorce summons is attached. 2) I have attached the Notice of Bar which I plan to issue to her if I have not received her reasons for her notice to defend. 3) She has served me with Maintenance Summons and court date is 31 July . Summons attached. 4) She has also opened a protect order against me. The court date is set for 25 August and I need to provide my defence evidence 15 days before the court date. I need a lawyer to assist me with a debt case i have with FNB. I was without a job since feb , and got behind on my payments. They sent me a mail that Rule 46 (1) (a) (ii) was initiated. I did in the meantime get a job and will be starting soon and will be able to pay more that the original installments. I have to note that i did miss payments, but my only income is very low.

My landlord has a history of not paying back deposit. I am moving out at the end of July, he started already telling me that I will get my deposit on the 20th of August. I know SA Law stipulates that it's 7 days after the lease has expired. Please help me, I need my deposit, as in today. I need to secure my new flat. And I will never let go of it.
