Communication is key. I gadgets spotted an issue after they had left I then contacted Nkosi . The next day, he was at my gate, I did not have the headache odmf constant follow up.

Everything went well initially, but there were issues with the finishing work. The project was originally expected to take 9 days, but it ended up taking 16 days, so the agreed timeline was not adhered to.

He makes a lot of promises, but does not keep any of them. He disappeared off site, only to return to remove his subcontractors from site. He only plays the middle man, and does not do anything himself. I had to listen to all his subcontractors complain about not getting paid, because according to him I did not pay him a deposit. I paid him a 70% before any work started, and he kept asking for more, without the work being completed. The job was completed more than a week late, and he was no where to be seen the last couple of days. He did not even come to inspect the work after completion. If I didn't with hold the last payment, the job would still not be complete. In conclusion, totally unreliable.

This is all wrong what you saying,I brought my materials before you paid even a cent,am the company director soo I can not be on-site every minute,,and I told you that my brother passed on and by the time the project was finished with my guys I was at a funeral barring my brother..This is not good at all because your the project was finished...
