I feel that we got overcharged , price were much higher than other contractors and the job was not done very well, water kept flowing out of the gutters.

Two bedroom, kitchen, sitting room and one toilet. Would like to add a dinning room. Nothing has been done since the early '80 when it was built. The plan is to flip the house and renovat it and add a room. Considering that it is a old structure, would like change the roofing, timber, and ceiling. Plastering, tiling, electricity and plumbing.
- Remove existing wadrobes (2.5 x 0.56 m) & install them in the outside room - Remove bath (1.94 x 1.21 m) - Build wall separating bathroom (remaining shower, toilet & basin) from the closet (see below) - remove part of window & brick it - Install walk in closet where the bath is & mirror entry door - may need to remodel the rest of the bathroom Will need plan to agree on the design before we start.
Upgrade of bathroom: remove existing tiles on floors and walls; Install new mid-range tiles; convert large shower into a bath/shower combo with clear partition and recessed shelf; upgrade existing double vanity with new countertop, sinks, and hardware; remove bidet but keep existing toilet; paint section of walls where not retiled; (Not sure if plans are required?)

It is a room below the main house that is used for storage, we want to change it into a bedroom with a bathroom (including shower and toilet) We need it to have the same finishes as the main house. The only difficulty will be getting the plumbing for a toilet in there as it may need to be pumped upwards into the main sewage line.
Bathroom Renovation: Remove old bath sink and install a new one same type with new taps, install floor tiles and wall tiles, install hand washing basin with new taps and repaint the whole bathroom. Kitchen Renovation: Remove wooden floor and install new tiles, replace 4 existing wooden cupboards mounted on the wall and 5 replace existing lower cupboards. repaint the whole kitchen, install wall kitchen tiles.

Please include to remove all foundations and leave site level. The roof has either fibre cement tiles or asbestos tiles. Please provide an extra-over price if the tiles are asbestos.
I need to convert my garage to a bedroom. Just need a ceiling put in and drywall to block garage door from thee inside. No changes needed on the outside as it must still look like a garage from the outside so garage door stays. Noise reduction when it rains as the garage is a metal roof and is very noisy when it rains. Thanks
