Hello. I am based in Elandskop, Pietermaritzburg. Looking for a new building on a space with the following dimensions: the back is 8m, the two sides are 12m and 10m, respectively, and the front side is 6m. This is roughly 80-88 sqm. I am looking for a double storey with two bedrooms, a common area with a kichenette , two small bathrooms. See examples attached

I want a 6 bedroom house with 2 kitchens, modern design. I want some angled walls inside the house, not just square straight. The house must must have a double slanted roof. I want the walls to have some cladding and a full glass wall somewhere. Good day We are considering building on our garage (bedroom and bathroom) - checking the requirements of the existing structure regarding load capacity, potentially reinforcing foundations/walls and getting municipal building plans approved. Or any other requirements that I might not know of. Currently, we'd like to know what the costs will be for the plans (if the foundation would allow the building of a second storey) as well as the projected costs for the project.

I have a flat in Fourways bloubosrand that has cracks on the walls between the roof and the walls all around the flat. I have tried fixing then with cement but they seem to appear and disappear.
