We would only request to get the existing Building plan and we would like to make a few alterations. Like building or installing a new Pool and alterations to the kitchen and etc. We recently bought a house but we are still in the Registration process and still finalizing it. So therefore the property is still in the owners name and we therefore need to work through the Estate Agent and the owners or sellers to obtain Power of Attorney and etc.
Built with whichever is more affordable ie. Block or Prefab: 6m long × 3.5m width cottage in our backyard. With an indoor Bathroom ie. a brick wall separating where the toilet & shower will be situated directly alongside each other with 2x windows included herein. Then 1 x large sliding door which has its own 2x windows which will serve as The Entrance.
KITCHEN 1. Stripping out existing tiles in kitchen. 2. Removing existing kitchen cupboards. 3. waterproofing kitchen wall. 4. Installing new kitchen cupboards with new sink and taps 5. Installing wall unit. 6. Installing wall tiles 7. Plastering and painting existing wall. PASSAGE 1. Waterproof wall. 2. Tile. BATHROOM 1. Install new bathroom entrance door and frame. 2. Install a new shower door 3. Install new shower taps 4. Remove 2 tiles behind the toilet pan, waterproof wall, and put back tiles 5. Change a leaking toilet pipe. 6. Remove, wash hand basin 7. Build a brick and lintel cupboard with timber door, for a new wash hand basin to rest on. ENSUITE 1. Change a leaking toilet pipe. GENERAL 1. Electrical Certificate of Compliance. This will include ensuring all plug points and light fittings are in working order.
We have built a new braai room and added the furniture - basically a table with 8 chairs and a bar counter with 4 stools. The room has zero decorations in . I need someone to help me get the room cozy and bringing it to life. I will need decorate it over time as I get money to do this. I am planning on decorating it with quality but cost effective decorations. (Mr Price etc) Perhaps one or two expensive statement pieces. We want to go the Nguni route but I cannot imagine this without some greenery. The space is very limited - so we won't be able to add furniture. It has stack doors on both sides, a glass door leading into the house and the other wall has a pizza oven and braai. It has a high ceiling with nice wooden beams. The walls are empty. I am too scared to go out and buy decorations as I am sure nothing will fit together. The house doesn't have a theme. I tried when we bought the house two years ago but with disastress outcome. I have a shack that I would like you to fix in Durban, KwaMashu. The shack is leaning on one side and I would like you to straighten it. I would also like you to change the roof and install new sheets of corrugated iron (7 sheets), a burglar gate on the door and on the small window. I request you to take the old sheets of corrugated iron with you. Some planks are falling off, please hammer them back into place and male the whole shack straight and stable with no holes. We are not rebuilding it, rather fixing it. The process should therefore take a couple of hours.
