My grand daughter was arrested for shoplifting last year.she is currently on bail and presented by legal aid. Her case has been processing last year. And now legal aid has told her the case will be heard now on the 12 Jan for plea snd sentencing. I want a law yo represent this case as disclosure of shoplifting was never done. And my take is legal aid is not really representing and having the seriousness of this case and accused ( grand daughter)
I bought a 4 room house for R in Atterdgeville, west of Pretoria through a conveyancer. The owner is the eldest of the siblings but has another house in Tembisa...others are married and have houses .When I was about to get the keys...the conveyance sent me a text she received an email from the lawyer stating that the last born sibling ( married in Lesotho) in back and contesting the purchase. The husband to the conveyancer is lawyer tried evictions without success....I used another lawyer (through Legal Wise) who after 2 years returned the file (which was literally empty) saying the matter was outside of his speciality. It's 5 years now and the R i paid can not be recovered .
