I would like to provide you with the details of two events for which we are seeking catering services, and to request separate quotes for each.
Event 1: Hybrid Meeting
Date: Tuesday, 19 March
Time: 08h00-12h30 (08h00-09h00 allocated for arrivals, latecomers, and registrations; event starts at 09h00 sharp)
Format: Hybrid (in-person and online via Zoom)
Location: 25 Commercial Street, Cape Town
Attendees: 50 persons
Catering Needs:
Welcoming refreshments (coffee, tea, water)
Mid-morning break (coffee, tea, water, juice with an assortment of muffins, biscuits, and sandwiches)
Post-event refreshments (coffee, tea, water, juice with a selection of wraps, sandwiches, and a collection of pastries)
Additional Notes:
We encourage creativity in your menu proposals while accommodating vegan and vegetarian preferences.
Please indicate if you require any additional cutlery or equipment.
Event 2: Brainstorming Session
Date: Wednesday, 4 April
Time: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Format: In-Person
Location: Dock Road Junction, Corner of Stanely & Dock Road, Waterfront, Cape Town,
Attendees: 20 persons
Catering Needs:
Welcoming refreshments (coffee, tea, water, juice)
Mid-morning break (coffee, tea, water, juice with a variety of muffins, biscuits, sandwiches, wraps, and pastries)
Lunch (informal, potentially platter style, with considerations for Halal dietary needs)
Additional Notes:
Refreshments should be always available during the event.
