1. Build a wall in the back yard from cement blocks 6m x 2m. 2. Fill the gravel place with concrete in the back yard near the wall above. 3. Break down room wall 1 with measurements 0.6m x 3m. 4. Break down room wall 2 with measurements 0.6m x 3m. 5. Replace ceiling in a small area. 6. Add polystyrene cornices to all areas of the house. 7. Break down pillar in deck area with measurements 1m x 0.5m
I need to modernize the house. It is currently a 3 bedroom house. I have a tiled deck which has developed small cracks. It was built 25 years ago using a tourched on system with a slip sheet and tiled with non glazed vitreous tiles over.
