Horrendous overall experience - I was left with leaking pipes and they stopped taking my calls or responding to my messages to fix the issues. Other feedback points: unreliable and don't honour appointments and will leave you in the lurch for a bigger job, not punctual arriving hours later than agreed, inefficient for instance going multiple times a day to the hardware store for items, no communication on increased prices during the work leaving you surprised at the end, work is lacking or incomplete for instance leaking pipes, they even took some of my parts. Will cost you more in time and money to use them.
