I have been have work deduction on my salary for traveling with courses ; because of doc submit late by human resources my problem became an issue. I couldn't pay my accounts they are on Arrears and now im behind with payments. They been rectify but problem have left a serious problem for my credit score and my profile. My status of debt is now +- in amount. Including. Y child school fees.
The suspect is a Chief of a village. Influential within ANC circles. Villagers are asked to contribute each household R and more. It is alleged these funds are for paying a lawyer to stop the eviction or demolition order. The matter has been going on for over 15 years, to collect monies for a court case does not make sense at this stage. The money that has been collected is now over R80 form poor villagers.
Good morning everyone, We recently moved into an older house in Pta East with an established but neglected garden. I would like to neaten and uplift the current beds and lawn. Very simple and basic, nothing extravagant. I have a limited budget and would like to get quotes to see if the project could be feasible. I will attach photos for every point listed below: 1. 2 x previous fish ponds to be filled up and changed into plant beds. I'm thinking "varkore" 2. "Facelift" lawn in back garden. 3. Neaten existing plant bed and plant something like star jasmine as ground cover. 4. Neaten and level existing plant bed and perhaps replant existing clivias.

The property I bought from public works, paid on March . I was told that because the purchase price is way less than a million, there's no transfer costs needed. While waiting I then received an email from public works in to say at the time when I made a payment the price had increased so there's a shortfall. To my surprise the shortfall is twice the purchase amount.

Also the name of the pool people, as the pool cover wants to tear at the seams due to UV damage. I've tried Duct tape, silicon seal and suturing it together. I found a surveyor to do the forprint. We will want to build a single property - duplex - One will be the main home and the other for rental. The plot is slightly elevated we would like to go double storey. Land size is sqm - in the village of St Francis - we will be space conscious - ( we have a small apartment in the Netherlands ) so we don’t need expansive or expensive - just good quality.
Our neighbours built raised their wall and the winter rain was falling on our roof. They did not put in a pipe for drainage until later on and as a result the water remained on our roof as our roof is not very sloped. Since then the think pink material inside the ceiling is soaked and because the gap between the roof and ceiling isn't much there's very little circulation. The ceiling is now hanging in one section of the house and there's leaks in the house. The water also drips down the walls from where the skirting is loose. We now have a dampness issue in the house. When the sun is out the water runs down the walls and leaks in the house. We have metal sheets on the roof at the bottom.
