We have had a solar system installed in our club house and require it to be connected to the club house DB board. The club house has never been on municipal power and only had a generator. There would be some additional connections needed such as one of the out buildings to the DB board and the booster pump for the water supply.
I am looking for quotes from multiple armed response companies to decide who to go with. There is an alarm system in the house monitored by blue with the previous owners, but it is old and would probably need to be replaced as well. Hi there I'm looking to replace my traditional windows in two rooms in our home with double glazed. I'm based in Radiokop, Jo'burg. The dimms are: cm (w) x cm (h) INSIDE of that are three smaller windows: Left - 46cm (w) x Centre - 54cm (w) Right - 46cm (w) Obviously those could be replaced by whatever is the best option in your opinion, but would still need to have some opening windows there. Looking for a night guard to patrol the garden at our private house, as we have had 2 break in attempts in the last week. We're thinking to have someone patrolling from about 6pm to 6am every day, as we would like the intruder to be caught. I'm a Trustee for our Body Corporate and our AGM will be held soon, before the end of July. I only wish to have a suitable quote to present at the AGM. My thoughts are to have a surveillance pole that covers Summer Place and Glendale remote gates and also cover the front wall, facing Topham road. This would be - 52 / 54 Topham road. Another thought - only surveillance coverage for certain hours? Possibly eg. daily from 10 pm to 4 am. This is just a thought and your input would be much appreciated. With all the overall high price increases - we can only afford to pay what is really necessary for certain hours - although I do realise that the daytime is just as bad. A separate thought:- Our 2 complexes are situated just across from Girls High School - their back entrance/exit into Topham road. Possibly a surveillance pole that would cover the back entrance/exit of the school as well? s is a retail store, I am currently looking to replace my current security, as my staff are more efficient then the security guards we have right now. Hardly see the owner or his operations manager who should be checking the site on a daily basis, give direction to their guards & make sure that all the policies are implemented. In the area, we have high shrinkage, if the guards are not paying attention but my staff are.............Then its time to cut off the dead weight and find a security company who is serious about business as I am.

I have a small holding in the Gonubie Broads area and evicting tenants and requie a guard day and night there are several buildings however there are occupants who are sublet by a principal who has a harassment and restraining order and not allowed putting a foot on the property or remove assets for a period of 10 or more days and immediately.
