Hi we had a pipe burst/ leak and detected that the paving totally disintegrated. The pipe burst was just above the paving and it filtered down underneath the paving. It's a about 1 meter stepdownand as the cars was driving over it the paving started moving downwards. We did not realized that there was a leak as the pipe that burst was underneath a massive concrete block. When we noticed the leak which was pumping water out on 1 Jan we started tracing the leak and finally discovered it.

To do a wall chasing to be able to install two slim profile sconces/lights /picture lights on the side of the mirror in the bathroom. The lights will be fitted after the tile have been done. Now it is just to prepare the wall. There's already a light on the ceiling and will use the existing switch and will add a switch button to be able to turn on the lights.
We are selling our house and moving to George in April this year. It is an old Cape Dutch farm house and we need a full rewiring of our current electrics which has been done by the previous 2 owners without a legal COC. As far as we are aware, it is not registered as a heritage house. It is an old wiring system with some new cables that still needs to be put in to conduit. We have a solar system (which needs removing or updating), a heat pump, an alarm system and electrics running underground to our workshop (1 light switch), small cabin in garden (4 light switches) and a pool with pool pump. It is a teard level landscaping with rock borders, ponds, a bridge, concrete stairs and cement everywhere so not an easy pathway for the electrics to the outside buildings and pool.

We attempted to replace the cartridge in our bathroom mixer sink tap. I have bought 2 equivalent cartridges, but the both gave problems of leaking after installlation. I put the original cartridge back, nut the flow of the hot water tap is low. We need you to see why the cartriges I bought do not work and replace the worn cartridge that is in place with the correct cartridge.
Good Day I recently moved into a new property after purchasing it and to my surprise my geyser is not working and I got someone to check it and he found out that the element is not working , motor gate and the lights outside are not working. When plugs and stove are on at the same time it traps , attached is copy of the COC and I have been asking for the original from the owner and she keeps on saying she will bring it Please can you advise what needs to be done in this case .I have attached the copy of the COC which is a bit faded .
1. Replace current motion sensor flood light with day night sensor and new 30W flood light. Install 2nd new 30W flood light about 20 meters away from existing floodlight. See picture showed with red and green arrow. Both flood lights to operate on same existing switch and day night sensor. All materials will be supplied apart from cable. 2. Wire wall socket plug. Cover for wall socket available 3. Install 2 new wall mounted lights under awning. Existing cable in place. Light fittings will be supplied.
Current stand in Bath upstairs in duplex leaks, so water went through ceiling into kitchen below. I want to redo the bathroom. Remove bath, toilet and basin and taps and floor and wall tiles. Seal and waterproof the floor. Then, walk in shower will glass side panel, level with floor, new toilet, new hand basin and taps, new floor tiles.
