In the process of purchasing a fixer- upper and would like an idea of remodelling costs. Not sure about the size.Renovations includes the lounge, but not the whole floor plan.With what has been done I'm not happy and would like to change not major but need advise. 2 bedrooms and bathroom,need advise.remodeling of the kitchen.If possible I would like to have an interior designer/architect as well to assist with advise.Any recommendations will be appreciated.Thank you
