good day. we are , renovating a pre shool on the fooliwing items roofing and ceiling for 3 roomed pre-school. kitchen,classroom and bed room/sleeping room for children. intallation of 8 kids toilets and 2 staff(adults toilets) including plumbing borehole and tanks installation fencing with a clear view for 1 hectpr site paiting the building istallation of wooden kitchen unit tiling for three rooms (not sure abou the squre meter)
I need a small team of people or a retired person with one gradner, someone hands on who also LOVE gardening. I preferably need one lady working with one or two helpers maximum. I do not want people banging furniture or stair case with vaccum cleaners and ladders and I need people who get in their hands and knees to wash and rinse my tiled floors. In other word I do not want half job. My home is double stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Good Day All I need quotes on the installation of the new garage wooden door. What is a customised door. Do you have another size smaller than double but bigger than single. 2 Bedroom House that requires wiring. Open plan kitchen to the lounge area, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms and future balcony. DB box installed, however the electricity meter in the bedroom needs to move to the DB Box in the kitchen. I would also need a COC. This is a newly build houseon a square meter plot.
My late mother's house was built incorrectly it's a 3 bedroom house with lounge and dining room, kitchen and bathroom. It looks like the person who was doing it was an amateur because the house ended up look like a church building. I would like to get a quote to renovate it to look like the plan I have attached here.
We have a one bedroom house in Craighall Park. Connected to the master bedroom is a studio office (not accessible by the bedroom) and connected to the studio office is a smaller room. We could like to incorporate the studio and smaller room into the main house to create additional rooms. Need further advice. Planning on purchasing 2 Hectare plot for residential and small scale farming. The plan is to live and do farming on 1 hectare and use the other hectare for livestock grazing for 10 years and then sell it. Is is then wise to install electric on the entire 2 hectare or just 1 hectare and do normal razor wire fencing on one. The livestock will graze and be returned each day back into the electric fenced hectare.

Once the client approves the estimate then an appointed contractor is informed. Pricing - includes material & labour.
