Good day, We would like an inverter-based air conditioner sized at BTU for a small office. We would like a split unit, preferably LG-branded, but Samsung would also work. The LG M24AKH BTU aircon is roughly the spec and price we are looking for. Installation fees should also be separately included. Many Thanks.

In Oct I had a Geyser Wise Heating system installed by GWH (Gauteng water heating, which included an Eskom rebate on this system of R4 .00, the final total on the quote was R9 .98. I insured the system for R10 .00. In Jan the insurance broker contacted me to increase the insured amount to R15 .00, which I did. In Nov I upgraded the system (New installation of pipes, new PV Panel, new 12V pump, 2 new shutter valves, new non-return valve, leggings = Total R.00) In Oct the body corporate changed to a different insurance company and now the geyser wise system is no longer insured. They request a quote with the replacement value for the system before they will insure the system again. I do have a COC that was issued after the installation/upgrade. I am in Dawncliffe, Westville. I have recently moved into a unit which has A Samsung ASVE split aircon, which initially worked for me, with a rumbling sound, but now it doesn't work anymore. A Carrier split aircon which works, but it has one dirty white filter which is disintegrating, while the other filter of similar rectangular shape is green in colour and looks OK. Have a solar system with gel batteries. This morning something wrong with the inverter smelled smoke. System 5 years installed. Company who installed it disappeared. Electrical company isolated the inverter and solar system and is only using City Power grid now. At this stage the DB Board done but must get Co C, must arrange for the sub DB Board for outside buildings during this week
