My pool had been neglected for the last few months. We had a guy who did the work but he’s abandoned us (ha ha dramatic much). I’ve been trying to to get the pool clean but it’s taking more time than I had available. I also need to have the sand in the filter replaced. Probably a general service of the pump too. So it’s a once off clean and pump maintenance. Once it’s good to go I’ll be able to do the rest myself. I also have all the necessary chemicals. I’ve already used a floculent and most of the Algae in the water has fallen to bottom. Plus I have 2 litre bottle of Aqua pro and 3 x 8 kg tubs of chlorine. I’ve also already purchased three bags of sand so I don’t want to have to pay for these things again.
There is an existinig pool that will be demolished and a new pool needs to be built. The house is going through extensive renovations and building next year but we need to quote for the pool at present. The pool will be 7,5 x 2.5 meters and we are open for ideas and recommendations regarding the demolition and building process as well as design.
I have an above ground pool that hasn't been maintained for a while due to personal reasons. It needs to be emptied, cleaned (colour is changing on the sides), and I'd like to move it (can't do this on my own without damaging the bottom). Our yard is also slightly slanted so if they can help me level out on the one side with pallets or something that would be great. Then it would need to be refilled.

Also include whether there would be any extra charges for chemicals required etc. Also confirm that, apart from the Kreepy, does the company bring its own equipment, such as poles, nets and brushes etc? We employed a company at the beginning of December who said that, apart from a monthly maintenance fee (weekly maintenance), they would also have to quote a seperate once-off fee for (quote) "getting the pool to look right" before they could do weekly maintenance. However, nearly 6 weeks later, although the pool is blue, they have not made it clear, and we have at no stage been able to see the bottom of the pool. Can you please give me more than one quote.
I need a quote to do fibreglass on my pool. Pool currently has marbleite and alot of cracks. My pool measurement is 7x4. Im looking for a company that will give me a guarentee and also dont want to give a deposit as that is what happened to the last installer and they messed up and never came back.

Our pool is 25m long. It loses water. Last year we emptied it and refilled the expansion joints with silicone because we thought that is where it was losing water. After filling it up it continued losing water. We have since spotted dark green patches on the ground around the pool. We suspect therefore that the pipes are leaking and will need to be replaced.
CEMENT TRUCT WAS STANDING NEXT TO WALL AND THE PIPE BURST. THAT CEMENT WENT INTO MY POOL. THE MANAGER OF THAT COMPANY TOLD ME TO GIVE IT TIME TO SINK TO THE BOTTOM AND THEN JUST SCOOP UP THE ROCKS AND SENT THE WATER TROUHG MY PUMP. I WAITED 6 DAYS AND THEN SWITCHED ON MY PUMP. MY PUMP WAS RUNNING FOR 5MIN AND JUST STOP. SWIMMING POOL IS STILL FULL OF CEMENT WATER AND NOW MY POOL PUMP IS ALSO NOT WORKING.
