I need my property clean, neat and tidy. All dust on the blinds, curtain rails etc removed. Stove oven and fireplace clean. Generally as clean as new.
We require daily (Monday to Friday) cleaning services for a small office with a few rooms on 4th Avenue Parktown North. I expect her to always go the extra mile instead of just doing the bare minimum. I want someone with a lot of experience, but not someone old who can't get on a ladder to clean windows and high ceilings. I want someone who can take initiative to clean and do things around the house without me having to dictate to her what to do all the time. The house is newly renovated and completely empty. There are no furniture in the house and all the wardrobes and kitchen cabinets are empty. All appliances are new and the kitchen is new, meaning, there is no stubborn dirt. There are no rugs or carpets. The walls, doors & skirtings are freshly painted. The house just needs one general clean before we move in the furniture. Cleaning date preferably the 9th of December.
