I have been trying to get rid of cockroaches since winter. I suspect they love my flat as i havent fumigated due to my weak lungs and not wanting to risk my health (Im disabled) and Ive had to stick to pet safe versions of control as I have a infoor cat who likes tasting /chewing on things. But a friend said you had good results at her boyfriends flat & could even do a follow up etc? Its a small 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat.

Looking to build a small 1(2 if possible) bedroom house with open plan kitchen / living area and 1 .5 bathrooms on a plot 20km out of potch in ventersdorp direction. Will need help with plumbing but got electrical sorted At this stage i need pricing so i know how much money i need to get together to start asap. Doesnt have to be anything fancy, normal bricks, no paint or fancy plaster, plain cement floors and zinc roof also acceptable. Trying to keep costs as low as possible but would also like to add additonal room and bathroom in a year or 2 when i have more money. I need to replace my two old garage doors. The doors I have now are tilt ups. They each have motors, which could possibly be reused. I would like to replace them with either roll-up or sectional doors (white).
