Possible redesign / storage solutions for the open wooden staircase. My father married a woman while sick in icu , she’s been saying that …. No one in a family member was a witness….. my dad passed on and the woman have been living in my father house with her kids , chased out some of my father's children. Now it been years she’s been trying to sell the house without anyone in a family member agreement. She’s saying she’s got 65% shareholder rights and 6 of us , have less percentages. She has already been posting the house on Property 24 with her lawyers and the urgent. I hope you are well as you receive this email. I'm in a process of getting reimbursement from LPFF after filing a claim as recommended by LPC after the findings of their investigation. Now my problem is that, the lawyer Mr Phillip Masiza who has been interdicted by LPC from practicing after seizing all the files except mine is nowhere to be found and LPFF needs copy of it or proof of sequestration if there's one to release the funds. I would like to request you to check if there's a sequestration order issued for him by the courts of law because that's my only option and hope since he can't be located or advise what I can do legally to force him to submit my file to both LPC and LPFF. Good day. Fence for around two houses and outbuildings. 60xx60xm x high or even high I don't know Wich is the best. 3 km from Mooinooi police station on Barnardsvlei road. Two sliding gates one manual and other motorized. Both gates 10m from power and one pedestrian gate. Any ideas welcome.
