Modern minamilst, my wife likes grey and warm tones. I like having the long wood style tiles and vinyl flooring. I do like the herringbone pattern but unsure if that works well in this house. Led lighting in modern crown moulding, nothing over the top. I like having hints of natural elements, like the kitchen having a mix of wooden style cupbaords and modern style. Like a 2 tone effect light vs dark natural colours. Nothing that will show dirt and fingerprints easilly.

Ek het die werk voltooi, ’n faktuur uitgereik, maar geen betaling ontvang nie. Die kontrak is daarna eensydig gekanselleer. Ek beskik oor WhatsApp-bewyse, betalingsrekords, die SLA en fakture. My vrae: 1. Kan ek steeds eis vir die uitstaande salaris (insluitend April) en die 41 dae verlof? 2. Moet hierdie as ’n arbeidsaangeleentheid (CCMA) of as ’n siviele kontrakbreuksaak hanteer word? 3. Wat sal die beste eerste stap wees? Enige regsadvies sal waardeer word.

The project includes constructing new internal partition walls, complete electrical rewiring with a new distribution board, plumbing for one new bathroom, installation of a basic melamine kitchen, and converting the existing garage into habitable living space. The existing bathroom will remain in its current layout (needs a door into existing garage), with only a new toilet and new taps installed (existing tiles, shower and basin to remain). The roof requires waterproofing, replacement of roof screws where necessary and repainting, but no roof replacement is required. Works also include installation of new aluminium windows and external doors, laminate flooring throughout, plastering and painting of new walls, and making good all finishes. No built-in bedroom cupboards are required, only standard kitchen cupboards. The existing structure is generally sound, and the project is a renovation and conversion rather than a new build.
