I am an online business retailing beds and mattresses. All suppliers are paid COD including delivery service. I have one part time admin employee and myself. I am SARS and CIPC compliant. I use Sage and capture all my own invoices and load the banking which is then allocated. My customers buy online through a website (I then capture the invoices) or I do a sales order / quote; payment is by EFT, Payfast or Buy Now Pay Later. I don't do store accounts for customers, only the occasional layby, all paid in full before delivery. About R per month turnover. I need the required SARS submissions and VAT returns.

I would like to close the company as I no longer make money with it, however SARS has sent me a letter stating that they have information that my company is operating and has monetary transactions taking place whereas it is not the case. I am unable to prove this as the business bank account affiliated is not active and has probably been handed over to lawyers for not having paid back a loan. The bank said they would only be able to retrieve statements if there is a letter from SARS requesting the information.

We use Zoho as our bookkeeping system. We invoice and do inventory management from the system as well as other functionalities. We need VAT services. We need limited payroll services. We need to make historic corrections on Zoho. We will need periodic management accounts. We need preparation and submission to SARS for provisional tax .
