I have an existing Sunsynk 8kW Inverter(SUNSYNK‑8K‑SG01LP1) with 20 panels (14 x , 6 x ) Canadian Monos. I am trying to find out how I can increase my PV base power like on Cloudy days like today. Someone suggested: Install a 5 kW Solis S6‑EO1P5K‑L grid‑tie inverter with 12 × JA Solar W N‑Type panels (6S + 6S), AC‑coupled to my existing Sunsynk 8 kW hybrid inverter in zero‑export mode. For now I just need a quote/estimate.
Good day, I have a situation where I have a month to month contract with a rental property. I have paid my account timeously ever since moving in, they have provided me with a notice that I need to be out by the end of the month at 12h00 during the day, (while I have spoken to the agent explaining to her that I am at work and will not be able to take time off, as it is our month-end and I can only move my things out by the 1st, as it falls on a public holiday), being fully aware that I will only be able to move into the new place by the 1st of the new month. Please note that I have not signed this notice of them, of course I do not agree with this. I have the feeling they will be keeping my deposit from me too, and I would like to find out how I can claim this back please? Are they allowed to do these things they are doing, and is there someone who can please assist me in taking this further, as I feel these people are unreasonable and unfair towards me, as I feel I will not be moving out if they keep my deposit.

I have sold my car . The buyer paid full for the vehicle but couldn’t change ownership to his name . The buyer is owing me money for the other car I rented to him and now he changed the sale of the other car to him paying the debt he owes me from the money he paid buying the car . He didn’t tell me that he already sold the car to the 3rd person. I took the car back from the 3rd person as the 1st buyer instructed me to now the 3rd buyer opened a theft case against me . The car is still in my name i have the papers of the car . I have all the evidence from the 1st buyer saying I should take the car back because of warrants and from the money he paid for the car I should deduct the money he owes me and send him the balance.
