I was ordered to pay money for child's maintenance initial demand by the mother was R and I argued that my expenses are many and could afford R and if there's anything that comes up I'll contribute. She was granted R and I let go because I didn't know how to challenge this. The order was granted late December 24 and I had to start making payment from January. She then went to court and claim that I am not making contributions from January to October which was a lie. I provided a proof of the payments on the 17 June but still found guilty. With this verdict, I am now suspended at work and the speeding allegations. I have to appeal this verdict and inform the court with my loss of income.
