My domestic has a house in Browns Farm Philippi and would like to convert the house to a double story. Access can either be internal (via lounge) or external but side passages are too small so potentially only option is at the front of the house. House is currently around 54m2 and property is m2. I have an area of roughly 43m2, that consists of 25m2 of artificial grass and 18m2 of concrete slabs. We need the braai broken down and the whole area levelled via concrete and skreet. The braai needs to be rebuilt with a countertop, basin and tap installed (the grey water can be installed via the waste outlet in the ground and the water rerouted from an existing tap). Tiles need to be installed, electrical power points and lights installed. A broke pillar and pongola removed. The outside walls needs to be plastered and painted.
