Possibly a double storey I’m Not sure about the dimensions of the rooms, but if the main can be big enough to fit a walk in closet, shower/toilet and still have sufficient space for our bed and a couch The other three bedrooms can all me the same sizes I don’t have house plans yet as I am trying to get a rough estimate

My livestock was a grant I received from Department of Agriculture (government). My farm burnt that's when all the cattle were moved to another hired farm for grazing. There after they sent me messages whatsup(saved) telling me I have no cattle. I know the farm where the stock is. Documents available.
My sons father urged me to sell my last year, and then take over the payments on the extra car that he does not use. He then said that i can take over the car and the payments and whrn the car os paid up I can put the car on my name. Things arent working out. Too much emotional abusr amd control. I decided to move out and he then immedialtely shouted that i will not take the carm i have been paying the instalment on the car for almost 7 months. He is now leaving me without a car and no transport to get my son to school and back when he is with me. He says he does not care how my son gets to school when he is with me, all because I am moving out. Calling me names and accusing me of harsh things. He also goes to northern cape one week every month then I would stay with the kids. My son and stepdaughter, and take them to school and fetch them for thst week. So he said i dont have to worry about his daughter (17). She can stay hom by herself that week and he will organise transport for her, but i must make plan with transport for my son as he doesnt care how i het fmy son to school since he will be taking the car back. What can I do
Our has a thatch roof, not sure what the problem is, we find, looks like tiny eggs, cream in color lying on the floor in a certain area inside the church. Would like someone to come and investigate and give us an idea how it should be treated and give quote. There is no ceiling so it is falling from the thatch at the highest point.
Our life savings was fraudulently removed from my bank account. The fraud was reported straight away to the bank fraud department who acknowledged there had been a recent transaction to another bank acvount. I had responded to an advert on Facebook with SAA who were giving special flights away, the scamers told me to download the SAA app to access the specials and it seems through this they managed to get into my bank and withdrew all my money. The bank is dragging its feet and not committing to refunding my money, they say they are investigating and can take up to 8 weeks. What would it cost for a consultation. Our kitchen has 2 sinks, both are not in good condition. We will need at least: - sinks must be siliconed to counter -leaks under sinks must be found and fixed -filtration system must be replaced with the bigger one we have (currently a very small one is installed) -additional work that the plummer deems nessesary is welcome but needs to be communicated and approved first (very welcome to recommend improvements)
