I'm in the process of acquiring a new property. sqm Currently, there is only a house, some irrigation grass at the moment looks like wild grass with boreholes that why most requirements are ticked. I believe the ground is turf/clay by nature and plant needs to be aligned to the ground composition which I need advise on. Would be interesting to see what such a project would entail the steps and costs. I am possibly needing this done in 3 months but there is no fixed date and is dependent on my occupation date.
