Well, I had agreed to give my wife the house...but seeing what she is doing now, I want to withdraw that and by now I believe the decree of Divorce might have been obtained. The court asked her to go back to court on the 2nd of April. Which is very soon. How can we remedy that? I only agreed to give her the house as we were running away from the people that can be taking my company to court and we end up losing the property. But now she is not sleeping at home, she doesn't want to sleep with me anymore, she come home drunk on weekends...she totally changed.
Wife said she has no feelings for me anymore, and there is a lot of man who want a beautiful like her. She said I am a devil s servant and I am a snake. She said her family advised her to stay out of marriage because I am abusing her and she must go where she feels happy. No sleeping together since September
Me and my husband has been together for 10 years and 5 years marriage (out of community of property). He also had drink alcohol but not that bad. About 3 years ago it started to get out of control. Since October it was at its peak. He was responsible to pay for rent and half petrol and food and I paid the rest. I am currently under debt review because of my husband. He lost his job beginning of April and was send to rehab in May . The medical aid paid for the first month and I had to pay for the 2nd month. So since last year April I had to pay for everything, the rent, rehab, food, electricity, his medical aid, his medical expenses, clothes and everything else he needed and had to sustain the household by myself. We do not have kids but have 2 cats which are my fur babies. He started a new job a month ago but for the last few months he had started with substance abuse. He drinks on weekends at least 6 to 8 sleeping tablets a day. I want to know if there is also a possibility to ask for a monthly amount so that I can have a place on my own. Because of him I only receive -+R out to pay for everything. And he made it clear he is not gonna stop abusing the medication. So I really need asssitance of there is a possibility so that he can be responsible for monthly payments.
I bought a property from my business account ned bank I also paid the lawyer from my account that my ex husband got us so me and my ex are separated for seven years now he went alone to that lawyer took my name off the papers me him and the lady who sold the property to us put the house on his daughter name so I would like advise urgently
It's for my son who was dismissed. He worked for 8 months for provincial government. Was dismissed for staying out. He had sick certificates as he was going through mental health issues his manager refused to approve his sick leave. He never appeared at the first hearing and was then dismissed. He appealed at ccma and got a date to appear at the department on 16 May

I live with my wife whom we are traditional married I have done everything at her home paid lobola and all traditional retuals. 9 years in relationship with her. She went on to my phone one day and found messages that I was flirting with a lady so she have locked me out .I went to get protection order for her so she must give me guys, after the police served her ,she went to court to get protection order and lying that I have pushed her and shes not safe to live with me insurance house even though shes the one applied for the house but we all pay for the house. Now I'm renting as I have been removed from the house. Even though I was granted court order from magistrate that i must stay in the house till court date.she was not granded order but the police removed me from the house . Need assistance regarding what to do.
I have 2 property's I need transferred to my trust.One property has a value of R and the other has a value of R.I property is in sherfield hills balito and the other in verulam. The verulam property is 45yrs old and a bedroom house.The sherfield property i just purchased and has not been built as yet but I would like it transferred into my trust. The developers have their own attorneys but I requested my own attorneys do transfer because of costs.
A drunk parent came to school to shoot me. He was outside the schoolyard and corked the gun there wanting to come in for me. Luckily for me one of the security ladies knew him and could speak some sence into him. Obviously when i was notified i was stressed. My employer rejected my application for IOD saying that the incident took place outside the workplace.
