I have been divorced for almost 6years and for the past year or so the other parent has not been adhering to the parenting plan. He lives with his parents and it appears that there is an issue wjth his dad and the kids coming there. I do not know all the details but the kids are 15 and 10 and when they need to go to their dad it is a struggle and sometimes they do not go. I would like to either 1. File a motion for contempt of court or 2. Have the parental plan changed to dictate the current circumstances.
My childs father passed away recently and we had a court order that we should share custody and alternate on a weekly basis due to him getting a school for the child we decided that he should keep her in the week and i should have her on weekends. With his recent passing his mother wants to keep the child and is refusing me as the mother to see my child

Fitting for family house, house was given to my mother, now mother passed away i was on the process to change house to my name. My aunts use her daughter behind my back to change the house in her name as she the only remaining child. I have all the documents to show house was under my mother's name. Her daughter works for municipality, used that opportunity. I want this matter to be solved in court.
I have a vehicle that is missing which was parked at the property that we own . The estate management used a towing company that is untraceable and the vehicle appears to be missing . The police are still investigating but advised that we seek legal consultation and serve summons to the parties involved

Good afternoon, this is here. I need to fight for my child she is 5 years old. My fiancée and I are separated, but we have a child together and she refuses to let me see her for the past 3 weeks . She has filed a case against me to take the child away for good she wont tell me why she is refusing me to see my child I dont know what i should do or what im allowed to do
Background of the case I applied to the HOA for approval to build a boundary wall. Approval was granted in October , and I paid the required fees. I relied on the estate manager to obtain neighbour consent (especially from house ), which was not properly followed through. Construction began, but was stopped by the HOA citing: Lack of written consent from house . A 5cm deviation from the approved plan. Withdrawal of consent by house (after approval was granted). CSOS Adjudication Outcome My application was dismissed. The adjudicator found the approval invalid due to missing consent and deviation. I was not given a formal opportunity to submit amended plans. The HOA is now pushing for demolition. The adjudicator made no order as to costs. Current Legal Action I have filed a Notice of Appeal and an Application for Condonation with the High Court. Grounds for appeal include: Procedural unfairness. Failure to allow amended plans. Consent withdrawal after approval. No formal documentation of withdrawal. HOA’s approval despite missing documentation. Good faith actions on my part. Urgency HOA is threatening demolition. A pending legal case exists against house to prove the timing of consent withdrawal. I need representation to stay demolition and proceed with the appeal.
Morning, I have started a small SME commercial tyre business (30 years experience) I resigned from my brother's large national commercial tyre business where I held the position as commercial MD and 45% shareholder. I am under no restraint of trade and receive a high court summons prohibiting me from fleely competing on accounts nationally, this despite the fact that more than 90% of the restricted business are not even clients of my brothers business. I have receive intimidation and threats that he will take all I own and close down my business - I regard this as total anti competitive behavior and fear of fair competition depriving me of any trade and any form of livelihood. I am also forced to give my clients notice to disable me to pay my employees and sustain my family and growth to create job opportunities for other future employees. Please can you assist with this bullying and intimidation as well as anti competitive bahaviour?
My father passes on in February of this year without any will drafted. He married again whom his partner is my stepmother with 4 kids on her side and 2 outside. If not mistaken my late father was on pension after he got out of work because of her age to pension.
