I am the grandmother my grand daughter is staying with me for two and half years with me. Financially I am taking care of my grand daughter since her birth. My daughter does not have a job or permanent income to take care of her child unstable and was in rehab centre in as well drinking and drugs. This will be the best for my grand child for me to be her legal guardian. Our environment is stable.
My wife changed ownership of her car 6 months before filing for divorce, it’s now in her sister’s name. We are married in community of property we’ve been separated for 3 and half years. Legal aid says there’s nothing that can be done. I’d like a second opinion. Before changing it to her sister’s name she tried changing it to my daughter’s name but she refused. Do I have a case?

My South African passport has been incorrectly flagged for suspicious crime. I’ve never been arrested, no pending cases or open cases. I have a police clearance certificate and police clearance report, both are clear. I would like help removing the flag, i just don’t like the feeling of always being detained at the border every time I travel
I am 18 years old of age and I am doing matric I do not have a birth certificate but I have hospital card school documents and my father is a south Africa citizen but he did owned me and my mother is a lesotho citizen and we have tried to do our birth certificate before but we failed because they said that my father was suspected to be a lesotho citizen and that he should provide certain documents such as school ,his parents ID documents, hospital card and school but he omitted to provide the hospital card and school because he was staying with his father in lesotho and knew his mother when he was older that's when his mother was able to make him an ID and reason why he omitted certain documents and on my mother side it failed because I was not born in lesotho so they only do birth certificate for lesotho residents and I lived my whole life in south Africa . And also in home affairs all the procedures were made it's only because of that incident that has conspired that has lead to not being able to proceed with the matter . I don't have no documents and right now I am just alone in this matter because me and my father are not in good terms and I even stay alone and I am about to do my final examination .

Good day I need some urgent advise regarding rental law. I'm currently in a dispute with my landlord. Lease agreement for five years and only been here for 10 months. Landlord is disputing that our lease is invalid because I refused her illegal rent increase, our contract does not make provisions for an increase. Matter is with the rental housing tribunal and after failed mediation I received a notice to vacate the property end of November and our arbitration is only in December .
Hi i am living in my mom's yard she passed away a couple months ago. My sister lives in the house and claiming it to her rights and i must pay her rent money. My mom dont have a will i want to know can i claim the property i am the eldest. I fight alot with my sister because she claims its her house and she just want money from me.
I accepted a settlement for one month only because my representative told me to,but I'm not satisfied because the representative did not submit 2 separated cases which made it unable to challenge my final written warning based on results of a polygraph test I failed. I had to do my own condonation because since March I could not get hold of my representative and was unaware that I have to do two separate submissions to CCMA . Then my representative only arrived at the day of the hearing not even properly prepared according to him he thought its another case . We continued and when I questioned him at the hearing he told me I'm disrespecting him in front of the Commissioner but I was not happy .He past away two months ago so what do i do now and will i be able to challenge this final written warning because I did not steal the R and no proper investigation was done and the admin lady that was in the possession of the money did not get any disciplinary action against her . She claimed the money was stolen from her bag at the shop after she said there was a burglar in her flat when she went home for lunch at 12h30 and she only came back at between 14h00 and 14h20 the asked us if any one has ran into the store and scratched in her bag or if maybe a customer scratch in her bag cuz the money is gone we then said no then she went back home because she was suppose to pay our tips then said she have to go back home she is waiting for someone from the police she will bring our tips before we close . She first said R is missing then she came back and said R is missing. We all went for a polygraph test I was the only one who failed according to the report and because I was the only one who asked for a report and procedures I was pointed out as suspicious and arrogant. I cant get this issue yo put to rest its been bothering me ever since the incident and because i was under the impression that the representative will handle both cases cuz he told me he will do it as one case then the commissioners said it was suppose to be submitted separately it was out of time I could not send in a condonation for the final written warning it should've been send in together with the second case of which I was dismissed for theft of a R even though I have explained to the owner I used it for transport money and because I didn't inform him immediately he used the final written warning as a bases for the R and I can swear on my own life I did not steal the R out of the admin ladies bag . I can not accept it because my boss insulted me so much and said harsh things to me about the R and I did not take that money . So if there is anyway that I would be able to take on this challenge with your help I will so so much appreciate it because o cam not find peace of being accused for money I did not take .
