Good Day, I am looking to get some advice. My partners are looking to "buy" me out of the business I own 25% shares in. They claim I have not contributed what I have agreed to in the business and now are saying I have two options. 1. for them to pay me out R1 and I leave the business. 2. if I am to stay on I need to contribute capital, which they did not disclose an amount. There are 4 partners each owning 25% stake in the business. I have been contributing to the business even more so than my 2 other partners, the partner who sent the email, contributed the capital for the business as an investor. My contribution is to put in the work towards the business and I have been doing so since the business opened in September . I was promised a monthly salary to run the business and they only paid me for one month. Now they are saying I haven’t done what I agreed to and want to push me out of the business. I've been struggling to get my pension fund money transfered to my new employer for almost 18 months now. Multiple emails have been sent to all parties. Every time there seems to be a reason /excuse why it's not don't yet. They throw the "blame game" to and fro to each other. Since it's not allowed to paid out according to new SA law, it must be transfered to my new employer. I was thinking that a letter from a lawyer should get things on the roll perhaps? I've also asked what the amount was when service has ended and has there been interest while lying with with the company for so long? Also, my time and discomfort was and is a traumatic experience, since it was/is there job to see that the funds have/had been transfered. I have completed the necessary forms multiple times, but no feedback as to yet. I can provide all emails and communications between myself, my precious employer, current employer and pension fund holders. Are they avoiding the transfer for "fraud" reasons and think I would give up for them to keep the money? That's the idea I'm getting anyway. Any help and assistance would be appreciated please. My husband attempted to murder me last year, he served several weeks in sun city prison and is now out on bail. This has been going on since last year, his lawyer is playing delay tactics by forgetting this or that documents. Now the final trial is on the 24th of June and i have been approached by his lawyer for a settlement agreement. I need some help deciding if this is a good choice to make cuz i am leaning towards this choice but i still want him to service some prison time. Like a reduced sentence of 6 months to a year. Can this work?

I'm being falsely accused with no valid evidence, only employee that claims of harassment after she was issued with a written warning by me... Also the investigator submit inaccurate /misleading information to company ER department that contributed towards allegations against me. I am still waiting for a penalty and preparing to go to ccma.
Divorce, domestic abuse, restraining order in place, 3 years has gone and no help from courts, taken my son to stay with him because i had no financial help for no one no court no husband no maintenance after being put out of my resedence in the middle of the night. And him lying under oath when he opened the devorce case as me having a afair and leavjng on my own. Proof is all in my restraining order evedance. Abuse of all kinds was done and still i am on the street dbacause of this and he is gladley spending our money monthly supporting his mum and new cars and bikes and his drinking problem and i dont even eat every day. I need help i have a lawer but nothing is being done for me to get back what i need to get back on my feet get my child back from this man and fight for what i am entiteled to because.i was put out on the street with no job no place to stay no financial help at all. What can i do to end this and fight for myself with all i have because i am drowning on the street alone
I need advise on something taking place at the company I work for. There are currently 5 salary levels and the company is making level 4 and 5 redundant ( lowest levels) I have to increase my output to move to a level 3 and I confirmed what the salary level 3 is currently. it was given to me verbally and not via email. I'm querying it again and waiting feedback. Is the company allowed to lower or reduce the current amount?
