Semi-detached house with 2 bedrooms, lounge, small galley-type kitchen, small bathroom. I would like to utilize outside adjacent areas to create a more spacious feel without major building construction. For example I've already installed awnings at front and rear of the house in order to facilitate my objective of creating a more spacious-flowing appeal. I also have a relatively large wooden-cabin approx 6 by 6 sq meters in extent, which I'd also like to enhance for personal occupation.
We have just cleared out this area as it was looking tatty. We would like to get some design ideas for this area situated at our front entrance. Garden is generally English country with curved pathway, roses, hydrangeas...free flowing. No pesticides used. Looking for ideas for low maintenance, pretty entrance. Perhaps seating area and pond. Creeper to cover garage wall, maybe tickey or Virginia for Autumn colour. Area is slightly sloped. Landscaping not required, just ideas. Thanks.

I have a solar system installed in my house and want to register it by Eskom. I had an electrical engineer at my house for the assessment and I was informed that there were no light indicators on my inverter, breakers were not marked, etc. I feel that I'm consuming too much electricity and that the solar system has no affect.

We are currently utilizing d6 as school management & accounting platform as it affords us the opportunity to combine the database for learner & parent details (debtors) with the normal accounting functionality too. This is an online system / cloud based. We have about learners of which parents need to receive monthly account statements (equal monthly amounts). Our cashbook transactions are in the order of transactions per month. The payroll is done by a volunteer and is paid by Netcash. These transactions are all captured by a volunteer. I purchased a house in Jan . The agreement according to the OTP is that the transfer would be done by the 30th April due to me having an active lease elsewhere which ends at the same time. I've paid all registration and bond costs already. Two weeks ago, I get a call from the agent telling me that she has some bad news which is that the sellers new purchase didn't go as planned. When I asked what that meant for me she started to beat around the bush and not say anything. I then called her senior who advised me that they just wanted to check because sometimes there can be some arrangement made and the transfer postponed on mutual agreement to which i maintained that I do not have anywhere else to go and therefore cannot agree. Now, the transfer attorneys and agents work for the same group, even in the same building and are also both attending to the sellers new purchase. The transfer attorneys then sent a mail more than 1 week ago saying they need to need to request a new updated rates clearance. They did this in March also and it took them 48hr to receive. Today I get another mail saying they are not still waiting and they will lodge once they receive it. Given the timeframe and start of this whole purchase being months ago, they had enough time to plan for this. It now seems it is being deliberately delayed by the agents and TAs to keep their other customer happy. I now know that the transfer won't complete in time (plus all the public holidays) which puts me and my family in a really tough situation. I'd like an to issue a letter of demand as a first step due to the matter discussed above, thereafter potentially cancel and sue for full damages

Hi, I have a Denneboom roughly 10m high. I need it entirely cut and removed until ground level. The stump can stay in ground, I will kill/poison it later.
