To whom it may concern. I am one year behind with my taxes. I teach online for a Canadian/Taiwanese school. My income is very modest and I don't think I should be paying any tax. My previous tax consultant handed over my portfolio as I felt she wasnt really helping me to see where I could save on any tax money. I fear there may also be an amount outstanding, in which case i would have to make a payment arrangement. I am seeking legal advice regarding an online scam I recently experienced. I attempted to purchase a puppy through a website that appeared legitimate. I communicated with the seller, who confirmed the puppy would be shipped to me the following day. When the shipping date arrived, a supposed shipping company contacted me and demanded a very high payment, claiming it was a % refundable fee required for delivery. I paid the full amount as instructed. Since then, I have not received the puppy, no refund has been issued, and all communication has stopped. It has become clear that I was scammed. Please advise on my legal options and whether any action can be taken to recover my funds.
Baby Daddy left us April when our child was turning 2yrs..We have never seen him although he did try to make contact after he left, I allow him although I stopped and block him coz it seems like he wanted to call on his terms and when his partner would walk in he would immediately drop the call ..That was trauma for my child as she would call his name and when I call back, he wouldn't answer. ..After ignoring him he sent a text saying so long with her child I don't bother again but I hope you won't live to regret it..
