Hi, we're having a wedding later this year on a private farm. Therefore, we'll need catering and assistance with the function. We're having a lamb spit and would also need assistance with the spit mechanics (We'll provide the meat). Then we were thinking of approximately 4-5 side dishes and, of course, a harvest table for the guests to serve as a starter. And for Tables and chairs, I'm not too concerned with the table as long as it's a rectangle like in the image. But I would prefer a wood, natural finish for the chairs. I look forward to hearing from you! Kindest regards
Please kindly send pricing and menu options for the following:- - Winter Wedding function (Between July and end August) - Spring Wedding function (Between September and November) - Summer Wedding function (Between December and February) We havent set a date yet, but will (depending on budget) finalise within the next 3 weeks.

I am currently planning my wedding for April next year and would like to inquire about your catering services. I’m looking for a quote for a 3-course meal and canapés for guests, with chicken and lamb as the main course options, if possible. Could you kindly provide me with some menu options, along with a breakdown of costs? I’d also appreciate any recommendations based on these preferences. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

This is for funeral catering at St Anne's Anglican church hall for 45 people. We are looking for vegetarian breyani and 2 vegatarian curries, roti, salad, dhall. Softdrinks and waters. You will need to setup the food buffet style and also have staff there. The hall has tables and chairs. You will need to setup tablecloths, crockery and cutlery.
I would like a hot main meal with two meats and veg rather than salads , a small starter no desert but coffee with cake cutting , I want to hire everything at one place The food must look and taste good but basic country style I want to tablecloths, and it needs to be a sit down meal no waiters but staff to dish up
I am planning a small celebration for my husband’s 50th birthday and would like to request a quote for catering services. Details: Date: 19 July from 16:00 onwards Location: Stellenbosch Fly Club Guests: Fewer than 20 people Meal Style: We are looking for a Greek-style meal – ideally something like grilled meats with pita bread, tzatziki, and accompanying salads. We would also like a small sweet treat for dessert. Bar: The venue will have its own bar, so no drinks or bar service is needed. Service Requirements: Plates, cutlery, and serving ware Waitstaff to serve guests Set-up and clean-up included – we’d like everything to be brought and taken away by the catering team Please could you send me a quote as soon as possible? I’d also be happy to discuss options if you have something similar to our request. Looking forward to hearing from you. Warm regards, Harvey
Hey hey, hope you are well. We are shooting for FOM next week Wednesday, the 9th in Woodstock. We are going to be 10 people for a full day shoot (8 am - 6pm). I don't think the budget that was given to me is realistic, but I'm going to try - haha. So basically full meal for lunch is the most important and then stuff to snack on during the day. Delivery is needed to Roodebloem Studios, if possible. If you could send me options and quotes I would greatly appreciate it.

We are writing to humbly request your support through sponsorship or contributions, to help make this event a memorable and impactful experience for our beneficiaries and community stakeholders. We are also looking for a discounted menu that we could work on for our event. This is for a non profit event and would like to have people on board that share the same passion in giving. We are looking for either a Winter Cocktail Menu Set Up or a 3 course Plated dinner for our guests. Please will you advise if this will be possible to quote. Thank you once again and we look forward to hearing from you.
