Spacious 2beds house with private lounge [but you can advice on that] mizanine floor open room on top to be office or keeping files etc, with a view to sitting eating and the folding doors. These one height from outside view that top windows will be lovely #highroof. There should be a covered patio with folding glass door on open plan from the seating room or dining table (open plan kitchen launch eating). Master bedroom to be spacious and big enough to accommodate small couch with nice view to outside (whereby the proposed Pool will be) through sliding glass door. Open concept master bedroom ensuite. We have a section of old and very worn vinyl tiles in our house. It is an old house in Westdene. We would like to replace it with new vinyl, not tiles, but sheets/rolls. It is more or less 40sqm and include a staircase, two toilets/wc's and a bathroom. We are not interested in vinyl that imitates wood or tiles or anything. We are interested in vinyl that looks like new vinyl. We would appreciate it if you could show us examples and give us a quotation for the instalment of it.
Hi there, hope you can help : Looking for a budget cost please to enclose the open area between the existing bathroom & kitchen (~3m x 4m) - 2 walls exist and the one aluminium /glass sliding door on the RHS. Needed : - concrete roof slab waterproofed; glass & aluminium sliding door, concrete floor slab, 2 x electric plug points & 4 x downlights. The attached is a photo of an existing plan from the previous owner (not yet approved be the municipality) for reference. We are unable to track down the drafting company who did this drawing.

I would like to build over a double garage and over-cottage extension. I require 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a sitting room, and a kitchen. May need an external staircase for ingress. Cantilever veranda on the first floor. Top floor, and lower floor require separate entrances. Shape of the foundation - more rectange, with the double garage more width than over-cottage
